Tried something a little different this year, have always used Cabelas brand seasonings and casings to make my sausage. This year I went over to Fischers in Muenster and picked up there seasonings for german sausage and picked up my casings. They will pre mix all of it, just tell em how many pounds your gonna make.
Both boys were gone so I had my bride pitch in and help, she did a bang up job job keeping the grinder fed and meat pushed thru while we were stuffing and rolling the links up.Ended up with 40 packs.
