• The Contest starts Saturday, July 17, 2022 at 12:01 a.m.– NO EARLY STARTS!
• You can only win 1 place, not all 3.
• 4 Man Team Maximum – All legal methods of bowfishing are allowed. No bowfishing with other teams!
• No Redzones Allowed For this Contest
• No pooling of fish! Your team must harvest their own, no one else!
• No previous caught/shot/held fish that were caught/shot/held for the purpose of winning this contest can be used!
• The Hunting Game has the right to dissect any fish submitted in the contest that makes the leaderboard during it’s weigh-in to search for any abnormalities that can hurt the integrity of this contest.
• All Federal and State Game/Fish Laws must be followed.
• Any contestant found to be cheating or attempting to cheat will cause the disqualification to that contestant and forfeiture of any and all entry fees. Cheating will also cause that contestant to be banned from all future events and names will be given to all other competitions in the Great State of Texas, Oklahoma, or any other tournaments throughout the U.S.



WEIGH-IN RULES

• MAIN POT & SIDE POTS: If you harvest a big gar (not gator) or carp, or side pot fish that you entered, you have 24 hours to bring to be weighed (Ice her down boys n girls).
• MAIN POT: Consists of total weight of your carp and gar (not gator) combined!
• YOU MUST CALL OR TEXT TO SCHEDULE WEIGH-IN - DO NOT JUST SHOW UP! (Tres Poynor 817-805-0218)
• We do not answer the phone to weigh in the middle of the night, so please text us and we will call or text back when we are up.
• In the event of a tie, the fish that weighed/counted first will be declared the winner of the tie-breaker (this includes the numbers sidepot, too).
• You are responsible for the disposal of the fish after they are weighed/counted, unless other disposal means are available at the weigh-in.



SIDEPOT INFO/RULES

• SIDE POTS: Side Pot fish that you entered must be weighed within 24 Hours - CALL OR TEXT TO SCHEDULE
• NUMBERS: Begins at 6a.m. Saturday July 30th (No Early Starts)! Must make it to the weigh-in between 9a.m. - 1p.m. on Sunday the 31st.(4 hour time slot, but possibly longer if there’s a line of teams that made it in time)
• Weigh-In/Numbers Count is at THG Headquarters – The home of Tres Poynor, 458 County Road 3225, Bridgeport, TX 76426.
• Any Fish used during numbers event can be used to weigh in for main pot
• GATOR GAR: Only 2 Gator Gar can be weighed per team during the event of the contest. If fishing Trinity River, make sure you have proper permits!




POLYGRAPH/WINNER INFO

• All winning contestants (sidepots included) will be subject to a random polygraph test. Refusal of polygraph or failure to show up will result in immediate disqualification. No Exceptions!
• Polygraph man will be on site and must be ready to take after the numbers event (1p.m. on Sunday the 31st).
• If you cannot make it to the polygraph at event, we will send you information on how to schedule your polygraph
• Fee for polygraph will come out of the winnings.
• A W-9 will be issued to any winners in the contest and must be filled out in order to receive your winnings. You should also expect a Form-1099 before they are due in the mail.
• All winnings will be mailed out within 7 days after the contest ends unless we have not received polygraph results and W-9. If you take polygraph at Numbers Event, you can fill out a W-9 and we can issue a check at that time.
• Polygraph must be taken and W9 Forms received by us within 2 weeks of contest ending date or winnings will be forfeited.
• *The Hunting Game will have final say so regarding any discrepancies during this contest. We hold the right to disqualify any team at any time! We run a clean contest and want to make sure it stays that way.
