Broadhead Trading!

“I’ll trade you a Toxic for a Hypo?!?”

I feel like I’m back in the 4th Grade, only difference is I’m almost 30 and instead of baseball/football cards I am trading broadheads. It’s like being a kid all over again… “I’ll give you 2 Spitfires for one Vipertrick?”.

After going to Cabelas a couple of days ago I realized that there are so many new broadheads on the market it is not always affordable to go and buy all the newest/latest and greatest. Not only are there over a hundred to choose from, but there are different colored heads for some brands that of course go from 85 grain to 125 grain. If you are anything like me, you like to have a collection and since 3 come to a package most of the time, this might be a way to keep from spending that extra $40-$50 and have a little fun at the same time.

Call up a buddy and ask what he may have in stock. It might cost you a couple of older model broadheads, but at the same time, you might get to try out the new Hypodermic that is on my list to trade for next.

I know there are a lot of archers hunting game out there that would be more then interested in getting some new heads for their collection, me included. So I am starting a new post in the classifieds of the forum to see if anyone would be interested in trading some broadheads. Feel free to list what you have and what you are looking for. It is cheaper to pay $3 in shipping then it is $40 for a new broadhead, plus this is a lot more fun!
